For months, the No. 21 Michigan football team’s offensive linemen, running backs and tight ends have been dealing with a problem in practice.

He’s physical, he’s fast and he wants you on the ground as soon as possible. His teammates refer to him with a number of monikers — Superman, ‘Killa,’ ‘The Man Who Don’t Smile’ — but on the roster it says Jaishawn Barham, junior linebacker.

On the field, Barham’s becoming a problem for offenses outside of Schembechler Hall, too.
