Srinagar | : Police in Budgam organized ‘Run for Unity’ under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2025-26 to commemorate 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The run, held from Railway Station Budgam to New Bus Stand Budgam, witnessed enthusiastic participation of students from Spring Buds Educational Institute, Ompora.

The event was flagged off by Senior Police officers in the presence of police officials, teachers, and students. Participants were felicitated with cash rewards, certificates, and mementos to encourage their continued involvement in such initiatives.

J&K Police on this occassoon lauded the efforts of the participants and reiterated its commitment to promoting unity, integrity, and patriotism in line with the legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
