LONDON — Casablanca has appointed Priya de Souza chief marketing officer with immediate effect.

In her new role de Souza will lead the communications and marketing strategy for the brand, and report to founder and creative director Charaf Tajer and chief executive officer Frederick Lukoff.

“We have known each other for 15 years, and it’s a pleasure to welcome such a brilliant and sensitive mind to the industry. She has a rare ability to read both the industry and the social movements shaping our world. I’m thrilled to write the next chapter of the brand with her,” said Tajer of de Souza’s appointment.

Prior to Casablanca she served as senior director of global marketing communications at Adidas for over four years, where she worked on collaborations with brands such as Gucci, Balen
