ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- An Albemarle County judge granted the commonwealth a nolle prosequi in the sexual extortion case against former 29News meteorologist Josh Fitzpatrick on Thursday morning.

But legal analyst Scott Goodman said though these charges were dismissed, Fitzpatrick may have more legal troubles coming.
