Another pleasant day outside here on the Western Slope, with us hovering within a degree or two of our average highs in the upper 70s. Sunny skies won't last through early next week. Tomorrow's high is 83°, but with partly cloudy skies and a low of 55°. Saturday will be slightly warmer, but clouds will start to move in during the afternoon ahead of some rainfall.

As a low-pressure system approaches from the Pacific, winds coming up from the south will bring rain to the San Juans first. Saturday during the late afternoon and overnight there are slight scattered rainfall chances in Grand Junction.
