Norwegian Air Shuttle has put its name down for another 30 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, with the US planemaker announcing the order earlier this morning. The carrier, which flies the type both under its own Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) and that of its Swedish subsidiary, now has 80 737 MAX jets on order.
The deal marks a key milestone in the Scandinavian carrier's relationship with Boeing , with there having been something of an order drought between the two in recent years.
