BBC Strictly Come Dancing has confirmed Dani Dyer is to be replaced by a fellow ex-Love Islander, after the television personality was forced to pull out due to fracturing her ankle.

Amber Davies, star of stage and screen, has agreed to the last minute appearance, following the end of her time in the West End's The Great Gatsby, where she appeared as Jordan Baker.

The West End star, however, first became a household name after winning Love Island in 2017, as well as previously having taking to the ice on dancing show, Dancing on Ice .

She will make her debut on the live show tomorrow (September 27) alongside Dani's original partner, Nikita Kuzmin.
