A young man’s artistic dreams came to life this weekend, thanks to the dedication of speech therapists at All 4 Therapy in the Haskell section of Wanaque Borough.

Michael Sun, 25, was born with Down syndrome, hearing loss and Apraxia of speech , which is a neurological condition that prevents the mouth and tongue from forming sounds necessary for words.

Despite difficulty expressing himself verbally, Sun finds his voice through vibrant, intricate drawings of ballgowns.

Speech therapists and All 4 Therapy owners Elif Hajaluga and Marie Malyarovich helped transform one of Sun’s drawings from crayon and paper into real life.
