Winnipeg police say more than $20,000 worth of cocaine has been seized following an investigation in the Seven Oaks area.
In September, the Guns and Gangs Unit launched an investigation into suspected drug trafficking in the city. Investigators identified a male suspect and moved in last week.

On Sept. 24, just after 7 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of Belmont Avenue. Police say the 31-year-old man was arrested during the stop. A search of the suspect led to the seizure of a canister of bear spray and just under $4,000 in Canadian cash.
About an hour later, with help from the Tactical Support Team, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on the same block. A 27-year-old woman was taken into custody.
Inside the home, police say they found
