Fans of first person shooters are in for a big winter as both Call of Duty and Battlefield are getting brand new instalments, going head to head like it's 2011 all over again. Treyarch is back with another rendition of the Black Ops formula this time around, acting as a spiritual successor to Black Ops 2 from way back in 2012.

Players who aren't sure which game they'll prefer can hope into the Black Ops 7 beta during the first week of October, but plenty of gamers will already have picked their corner and will be chomping at the bit to get a pre-order locked and loaded. Plenty of UK retailers are already offering pre-orders ahead of the November 14 release date, but there's one high-street brand where gamers can get Black Ops 7 for £15 less than normal .
