Amazon.com Inc. has signed a lease for a 77,000-square-foot building at Redmond Town Center, marking the Seattle-based tech giant’s third property in the mixed-use commercial hub as it continues expanding its Eastside operations. The lease, signed last month according to a report from the Puget Sound Business Journal, covers the building at 7277 164th Ave. NE that was previously occupied by AT&T Inc. before the telecommunications company vacated the space in February.
Amazon already occupies two other properties at Redmond Town Center: a 137,000-square-foot building at 16331 NE 72nd Way and a 111,000-square-foot space in a former Macy’s department store at 7400 166th Ave. NE.
