The Brandon Police Department is investigating a series of auto burglaries reported overnight in the Belle Oak, Bella Vista, and Grandeur subdivisions.

Investigators say the suspects are targeting unlocked vehicles and have stolen firearms and electronics. Residents are urged to lock their vehicles, remove valuables, and check home surveillance systems for suspicious activity from late Sept. 25 into the early morning of Sept. 26.
