A request for a supplemental environmental impact report has been made for a planned Wastewater expansion project by Terra Bella's Setton Pistachios.

The matter will be discussed in open and closed session by the Tulare County Board of Supervisors at its next meeting. The board will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

California Rural Legal Assistance has made the request for the supplemental environmental impact report in a letter sent to to Tulare County Counsel and the Tulare County Resource Management Agency on September 5, The letter asks for the county to inform the organization within 15 business days of when the letter was sent if it plans to move forward with the SEIR.
