Pathum Nissanka’s explosive hundred wasn’t enough for Sri Lanka, as India clinched a nail-biting win in a Super Over during their Super 4s clash in the Asia Cup 2025 on Friday. Although the result didn’t affect the tournament standings, the match was full of high drama.

How was the match?

After both teams ended with 202 runs in their 20 overs, Arshdeep Singh stepped up in the Super Over, giving away just two runs and taking two wickets. India captain Suryakumar Yadav then finished the game in style by scoring the required three runs with one shot.
