WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) - Investigators are trying to identify a man who allegedly stole almost $900 worth of items, including alcohol and Tide Pods, from a Westlake Giant Eagle.

According to Westlake Police, on Sept. 15, an employee of Giant Eagle Market District called to report a shoplifting that occurred three days before.

The employee told police that on Sept. 12, at around 3 p.m., a man in his mid to late 50s, skinny build, wearing tan pants, a black tee shirt and a baseball-type hat stole about $900 worth of items.

Police said the man stole bottles of pre-made margarita, Fireball whisky, Tide Pods and animal crackers.

According to the release, the man fled the scene in a silver Chevy Malibu driven by another person.

Days later, the man returned to the store and stole more items,
