The Flying Biscuit Cafe scores 100

A restaurant known for its breakfast, brunch, and lunch is our perfect restaurant of the week. The Flying Biscuit Cafe on 13th Street in Columbus opened its doors to the Fountain City in 2023 and hasn’t scored anything less than an A.

“Everything has to do with food safety so food safety and clinics and I harp on that. My wife says I’m a little OCD so I like things clean organized and straight and I harp on that 100% of the time,”said General Manager Justin Wittaker.
