WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The Globe Building in Watertown was a hub of activity on Friday as community leaders cut the ribbon on a new space for BOCES students.
“This is a transformational moment for downtown Watertown and for all of our students here at BOCES,” said Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Superintendent Stephen Todd.
Nursing students will learn there with the latest technology, including state-of-the-art mannequins.
Moving the program to downtown Watertown comes as overall enrollment at BOCES has jumped from 1,000 students to 1,500.
