SAN ANTONIO — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) says they have arrested a criminal illegal immigrant from Honduras at a job site in San Antonio.

On Friday morning, DPS arrested 33-year-old Robert Bustrillo-Vasquiez, a Honduran felon from Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List, while he was on a job site in San Antonio.. Bustrillo-Vasquiez was allegedly DPS' featured fugitive for the month of September.

Bustrillo-Vasquiez has been wanted out of Bexar County since Aug. 11, 2025, for aggravated kidnapping bodily injury/sexual abuse, aggravated sexual assault and smuggling of persons.

Authorities said Bustrillo-Vasquiez has an extensive history of being deported from the United States dating back to 2010, with his most recent deportation happening back in Februa
