EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Effingham County Emergency Management Agency (EEMA) will be setting up a self-serve sandbag location on Sunday.

The sandbag location will be open Sunday, Sept. 28, starting at 9 a.m. and it will be located at the CEM Complex on 1750 Hwy 21 South in Springfield.

This is ahead of possible tropical impacts forecasted this weekend.
