After five days of scouring rugged terrain, the search for a missing boy in the Crowsnest Pass is expanding with new searchers coming from Saskatchewan and additional RCMP support.

Six-year-old Darius Macdougall went missing Sunday morning while on a walk with family members at a campground near Blairmore, Alta.

Adam Kennedy with Search and Rescue Alberta told reporters in a video news conference Friday afternoon that additional search crews are on their way from Saskatchewan to help spell off volunteer searchers from Alberta and B.C.
