GUTHRIE, Okla. (KFOR) - Complaints from Guthrie residents continue to grow after customers say they can't get any answers as to why the leather goods they dropped off haven't been returned.

The store in Guthrie is called The Leather Shop, and it's owned by Bobby Cain.

News 4 first told you about The Leather Shop 17 years ago, when Scott Hines and our In Your Corner team were investigating lost leather goods.

Nearly two decades later, we're once again hearing complaints.

Blaze Knell says his dad dropped off a pair of boots over a year ago.

"I think my dad talked to him one other time about six, seven months ago, about getting him resolved, what he needed to do," said Knell. "My dad paid an advance. Ever since then, we've tried to call the number on the shop."
