Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely was a full participant in practice on Friday and is questionable to make his season debut versus the host Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

Likely is working his way back from foot surgery, a result of a non-contact injury sustained during position drills on July 29.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told reporters on Friday that he hasn't made up his mind on whether Likely will be on the field in Kansas City.

"It depends on what's best for us and the team in terms of, we'll watch the tape, see how his numbers look," Harbaugh said. "It's going to be a tough environment.
