Kellogg Community College Theatre is holding auditions for its fall murder-mystery production, “Rehearsal for Murder.”

The college is looking to cast 12 to 15 actors for the play, which is adapted from a made-for-TV movie that aired in the early 1980s, according to a community announcement. The plot centers on a playwright trying to prove his lover, an actress, was murdered.

Auditions are open to students and community members ages 18 and older. They will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and Oct. 3 at the Binda Performing Arts Center, 450 North Ave. in Battle Creek. Those interested should choose one night to audition. No prior stage experience or preparation is required.
