Damaged Thar standing at the accident site

In Gurugram, Haryana, a tragic accident occurred early in the morning when a Thar coming from the Delhi side lost control, crashed into a divider, and overturned. The accident claimed the lives of five people on the spot, while another young man sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Medanta Hospital by the police team that arrived at the scene.

The vehicle, bearing a UP registration number (UP 81 CS 2319), was carrying six occupants; three young men and three young women. Among the deceased were two young men and three young women. One of the victims has been identified as Pratishtha Mishra, the daughter of a judge from Raebareli.
