Chandigarh, Sep 27: Punjab Police on Saturday confirmed the extradition of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist Parminder Singh alias Pindi from the United Arab Emirates, marking a significant breakthrough in its crackdown against cross-border militancy.

Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav said Pindi, a close aide of foreign-based terrorists Harwinder Singh alias Rinda and Happy Passia, was brought back from Abu Dhabi in close coordination with central agencies. He described the extradition as a critical success in the pursuit of justice.
