MEDINA, Ohio – While educators within the Medina City School district continue to promote the Portrait of a Bee initiative to better prepare students for life after graduation, administrators want to provide professional development opportunities that can help guide teachers and administrators with that endeavor.

Director of Instruction Tina Cassidy said that some members of the district had been attending a national conference over the past several years that aligns closely with the deeper learning initiatives the district has been working to implement in Medina.
