A man was sadly found dead inside his home, police have confirmed.

The body of Stephen Roy Douglas was discovered at an address in Lilac Grove, Stafford.

Police do not believe that there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding Mr Douglas' death.

And they are now hoping to trace the 61-year-old's next of kin.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "His Majesty’s Coroner’s Office in Stoke-on-Trent is appealing for help to trace the family of a man who has died.
