The festival of Navratri is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga and her nine forms, collectively known as the Navadurga. Gold prices in India have been volatile during the first five days of Navratri 2025. Today is the sixth day of Navratri. Gold became more expensive on September 27, 2025.

Gold prices have risen by ₹500 compared to yesterday, Friday. In North Indian cities like Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur, Noida, and Ghaziabad, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold is trading around ₹110,000. Silver is trading at ₹143,100 per kilogram. With four days of Navratri remaining before Dussehra, investors are considering whether it is the right time to buy precious metals or wait.
