Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 could develop into a tropical depression sometime Saturday, according to the National Hurricane Center , which said the system is looking better organized this morning.
PTC9 is producing widespread, disorganized showers and thunderstorms near eastern Cuba and the southeastern Bahamas.
