Amy Dowden has shown her support for Thomas Skinner as they prepared for their first performance on Strictly Come Dancing.

The professional dancer was revealed to have been paired with the former The Apprentice candidate during the 2025 series launch show last weekend.

The pair have since been working hard in training for the BBC One dance contest's first live show of the year on Saturday night (September 27), which is when all of the new 15 couples will perform for the first time.

Hours before taking to the dance floor, Amy shared on Instagram: " Today’s the day! The first live show day and I’m go excited to dance on the magical @bbcstrictly floor with my fabulous partner @iamtomskinner .
