A condo that sold for $528,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Fort Lee between Sep. 8 and Sept. 21.

During the past two weeks, a total of one residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $528,000, or $476 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 8 to the week of Sept. 21 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
