LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Louisville police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen almost a week ago near Valley Station.

Elizabeth “Liz” Geter was last seen in the area of Autumn Lake Drive with her hair in a bun, wearing a black hoodie, a brown t-shirt, dark jeans, black shoes, and a Batman backpack on Sept. 21, according to police. She is described as a 5′8″ bi-racial teen girl weighing around 180 pounds.

Police said the family is concerned that she hasn’t been in communication with them and may need medical attention.
