Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren is expected to play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings in Dublin, ESPN reported Saturday.

Warren, 26, was a limited participant all week in practice, with Pittsburgh citing "resting vet" and "knee" as his injury designations.

Warren has rushed 43 times for 132 yards and no touchdowns in three starts this season, adding 11 catches for 142 yards and one touchdown. He has 2,842 yards from scrimmage with seven TDs in 51 career games (three starts).

The fourth-year back, signed as an undrafted free agent in 2022, is in his first season as the starter following the offseason departure of Najee Harris to the Los Angeles Chargers.

As a precaution, the Steelers (2-1) activated running back Trey Sermon from the practice squad Saturday for the Week
