SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
Sunshine and seasonable temperatures Saturday, but Delta breezes will usher in cooler air starting this afternoon. Expect to see some clouds around from time to time tomorrow with Valley highs only reaching the mid 70s. There is a slight chance for Sierra showers this weekend, but mainly south of Lake Tahoe.
A large low pressure system moves in from the Pacific Monday brining cooler temperatures and chances for showers and even a few thunderstorms through Wednesday for the Valley, Foothills, and the Sierra. We may even see lingering showers on Thursday.
Drier air returns Friday and into the weekend with temperatures remaining at least slightly below normal.
