The 2025 Ryder Cup will reach a thrilling conclusion on Sunday as Team Europe look to beat their American arch-rivals in New York.

Luke Donald led Europe to a dominant win over USA in Rome in September 2023, which followed on from the American’s one-sided victory in Whistling Straits two years prior.

The last Ryder Cup was filled with drama and controversy off the course as well as a host of world-class action on it.

The home side has had a distinct advantage in recent tournaments but Europe, spearheaded by Grand Slam champion Rory McIlroy , will hope to change that this weekend.

And with the raucous crowds of Farmingdale, New York and the brutal test at Bethpage Black, golf fans are in for a treat this week.
