STILLWATER — Regarding the Oklahoma State crisis and Mike Gundy’s firing, I’ve heard and read opinions that the Cowboy football head-coaching job might not be considered an attractive Power Four job.
It’s a very good job, with the potential to become what it became for Gundy: a great job — nationally relevant and very lucrative.
There are 79,228,003 reasons why OSU’s head-coaching position is beyond just a run-of-the-mill “good job.”
