CLINTON, S.C. (WKYT) - Four turnovers, plus four more giveaways on unsuccessful fourth downs, and a couple of breakaway runs by host Presbyterian spelled doom as the Morehead State Football team fell 41-0 at No. 25 PC Saturday to open Pioneer League play.
The Eagles (2-3/0-1 PFL), facing their third nationally-ranked FCS opponent in the first five weeks of the 2025 season, turned the ball over on their first offensive play, fumbled two offensive plays later and also saw the Blue Hose (5-0/1-0 PFL) intercept passes at their own one yard line and in the end zone to thwart Eagle scoring chances. PC jumped on top 14-0 in the first three minutes.
