ADA COUNTY, Idaho — A husband and wife from Idaho face a combined 120 criminal charges, including stalking and witness intimidation, according to complaints filed Sept. 25 in the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District.

Jonathan Daniel Harms, 43, and Jolene Lynn Harms, 39, were each charged with 60 counts, including stalking in the first degree and intimidating or influencing the attendance of a witness, spanning alleged criminal activity from July 13 to Sept. 25, 2025. The September charges represent an escalation of a case that began in July when both defendants were initially arrested on related charges.
