COLLEGE STATION, Texas —
Video above: Head coach Hugh Freeze speaks after loss to Texas A&M
Following a deeply disappointing road loss Saturday, Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze declared the Tigers' offensive performance "unacceptable" and promised a top-to-bottom reevaluation during the upcoming off week.
Despite a defensive effort Freeze said was "well enough to win the game," the offense sputtered, failing to generate points and sustain drives. The frustration was palpable in the postgame press conference.
"We have two weeks to prepare for Georgia, and we will take that time to reevaluate everything related to our offense," Freeze said. "How we prepare, our personnel, everything. This isn't on (the players), it's on our staff, and that starts with me to fix it."
