SCOREBOARD

Alabama's road record under head coach Kalen DeBoer has raised some crimson flags for many fans. Saturday's trip to Athens, the team's first in a decade, certainly helps.

It may have taken every trick in OC Ryan Grubb's playbook, but the Tide fought off the dogs for a tight, 24-21 victory that put an end to UGA's 33-game win streak at home

While Georgia may have been heavily favored in the matchup, they've had a lot of trouble beating the Tide under Kirby Smart. The former Alabama defensive coordinator has led the Dawgs to a now 1-7 record against the Tide, including losses in three SEC Championship Games and the 2018 national title game.

Next up, Alabama hosts Vanderbilt.
