Dalton Bancroft is a long shot to make the Bruins , but the prospect gave the brass something to think about.

Bancroft scored twice against the Flyers’ Np. 1 goalie as Boston came from behind to beat Philadelphia, 4-3 at XFinity Mobile Arena on Saturday.

Boston went south with only four likely roster locks at forward — Mikey Eyssimont, Mark Kastelic, Pavel Zacha and Sean Kuraly —dressed. Bancroft, the 24-year-old prospect who signed out of Cornell in the spring, took advantage of the opportunity.
