LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – No matter how often you come to the River Market in Little Rock, the buzz of the place keeps many people coming back.

"I know a lot of people complain like, 'Oh, there's not much to do.' And so, this is fun, to just have another opportunity to get out,” Emilee Geater from Conway said.

In the heart of the River Market is the Central Arkansas Library System’s Main Library, which is set to reopen on October 4 after years of renovation.

The re-opening creates more opportunities for families in the area.

"I'm excited for the library to open up. It's cool to see historic things,” Yolanda Watson said, "Sometimes we live here, we think it's boring—until you actually look in your backyard, and you're like, 'Hey, this is really cool.'"
