CM Bhagwant Mann to visit Khatkar Kalan today for Bhagat Singh Jayanti; to offer tributes at ancestral village memorial

Chandigarh, September 28, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will visit Khatkar Kalan today to participate in the birth anniversary celebrations of Shaheed‑e‑Azam Bhagat Singh and pay floral tributes at the martyr’s ancestral village memorial.

Senior government functionaries and party office‑bearers are scheduled to join the commemorative ceremony, which will honour Bhagat Singh’s legacy and ideals of courage, sacrifice, and nation‑building.
