A Wollongong project containing nine luxurious whole-floor apartments, each with multi-million dollar price tags, has hit the market.

The 'Azure' development is located at 3-5 Ocean Street, Wollongong and is being sold off-the-plan.

Construction is now under way, with completion anticipated by mid-2027.

Selling agent, Darren Kay from Belle Property Illawarra said the nine apartments were all 167 square metres internally plus terrace, and were north-facing, with three bedrooms and a lock-up garage varying from double to triple.

The development's penthouse has already been sold for an undisclosed price.
