The Army in an encounter killed two terrorists in the Keran sector of Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir. These terrorists were reportedly trying to infiltrate at the LoC.

According to sources, the bodies are lying very close to the LoC. The operation to retrieve the bodies is ongoing amid tight security due to the risk of cross-border firing.

The identity of the slain terrorists and information about their organisation have not yet been revealed.
