Four charged in DWI enforcement detail in Southeast

SOUTHEAST- Four motorists face felony driving while intoxicated charges following their arrests by the Putnam Sheriff’s Department as a result of D.W.I. enforcement detail in Southeast.

Acting Sheriff Brian Hess Saturday announced the arrests following the check point that occurred in the early morning hours along Route 6—Brewster Danbury Road, near the New York-Connecticut border.

Cesar Vasquez Lopez, 35, of Danbury, was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

Manuel Mucu Aceituno, 45, of Dover was also arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony due to a previous DWI conviction.

Cristian Chajon Donis, 26, of Norwalk, Connecticut was charged with Driving While Intoxicated while Walter Cortes Garcia, 35, of Danbury, was arrested for Driving While Int
