Yes, I’ve got one foot in the grave and am still breaking out like a teenager on account of being convinced to incorporate more protein into my diet by eating cottage cheese, even though I know dairy makes me break out. This whole “eat your weight in protein” thing is just another trend. After all, it wasn’t that long ago that we were avoiding meat altogether and eating plant-based everything, avoiding gluten, and guzzling alternative nut milk. Now you want me to eat meat all day. Please.
