A man has been taken into custody after opening fire from a boat at a waterfront restaurant Saturday night, killing three people and injuring at least five others, according to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation .
NC SBI identified Nigel Max Edge as the suspect and is being held without bond.
The shooting happened at around 9:30 p.m. at the American Fish Company on Yacht Basin Drive in Southport, about 30 miles south of Wilmington.
