GRAND BLANC, MI – Ten people were shot, including one fatally, at a church in Grand Blanc Township early Sunday after a 40-year-old Burton man who rammed his vehicle into the building before shooting began inside.

The suspect was fatally shot after exchanging gunfire with Grand Blanc Township police.

The suspect attacked with more than just a firearm while hundreds were in service

Hundreds were reportedly in attendance when the 40-year-old first rammed his vehicle at around 10:25 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4285 McCandlish Road.
