A fan got tossed out of the Ryder Cup for saying something offensive to Rory McIlroy’s wife.

Rory’s spouse, Erica, was involved in multiple incidents of abuse this weekend.

The video below shows officials climbing up into the crowd and ushering a male fan out, with a social media user noting that he said something rude to her. The user also mentioned a fistfight, but there wasn’t much evidence of that in the clip.

McIlroy and Shane Lowry suffered lots of heckling throughout the day on Saturday, which included personal insults about their appearance and their families, following complaints from fans over mostly the same thing.
